FAQ (well, AQ anyways...)

Why are you the particular species you are?

• No particular reason really. Although Porthos claims I am somewhat cat-shaped, I drew myself as an orange cat because I have always had orange cats. Porthos is a panda because I drew an anthropomorphic panda and she said it was cute. Aramis is a raccoon because, while a fox is probably more in her character, there is a surplus of cute fox main characters.

Who is Aramis?

• Aramis's real-life counterpart is introduced on the Freaks page, which you would know if you were paying attention.

Why does Porthos always wear skirts?

• When I drew the first comic with Porthos (then named Lee) I didn't want all the characters to wear the same clothes, so I drew her wearing a skirt. It sort of stuck. Now it just looks right. In real life, Porthos usually wears pants, and has never gone through a skirt-wearing phase, although I hear her cousins did.
